Our family physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses help patients with illness assessment and treatment, chronic disease management, vaccinations, and general health education.
After Hours Urgent Care
Clinic
We offer After Hours services every Monday to Thursday from 5-8pm.
We also offer Urgent Care on Saturdays from 9am-12pm.
Please call and book an appointment in advance for both services.
Pregnancy Care
Our pregnancy care clinic provides comprehensive pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care to low-risk patients.
This clinic operates on Fridays, and is run by physicians who provide obstetrical care and deliver at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
Health Direction
Our health promoter supports patients in navigating and accessing healthcare and social services. Our health promoter can work with patients to understand their needs and provide them with detailed information on community and other support services that are available.
Mental Health
Consult
Our social worker and registered psychotherapist provide both individual therapy and mental health including anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, emotional regulation, and more.
Nutrition
Consult
Our registered dietitian provides nutrition education and counselling on fields such as prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, nutrition for various life stages, general health dieting.
