Primary Care
Our family physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses provide patients with comprehensive primary care, including illness assessment and treatment, chronic disease management, vaccinations, health education, and more.
After Hours & Urgent Care Clinic
We offer an After Hours clinic every Monday to Thursday from 5-8pm. We also offer Urgent Care services on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Please call and book an appointment in advance for both services.
Pregnancy Care Clinic
Our pregnancy care clinic provides comprehensive prenatal care (pregnancy, delivery, postpartum) to low-risk patients. The clinic operates on Fridays, and is run by physicians who provide obstetrical care and deliver at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
System Navigation
Our health promoter supports patients in navigating and accessing healthcare and social services. Our health promoter can work with patients to understand their needs and provide them with detailed information on community and other support services that are available.
Mental Health Counselling
Our social worker and registered psychotherapist both provide individual therapy and mental health counselling for a variety of concerns, including: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, stress management, emotional regulation, and more.
Nutrition Counselling
Our registered dietitian provides nutrition education and counselling on a variety of topics, including: prevention and treatment of various chronic diseases, nutrition for life stages, general healthy eating advice, and more.
