Join us for an online workshop (via Zoom) led by our social worker to learn about mindfulness-based tools for coping with stress and anxiety. In this workshop, you will:
Learn some of the causes of stress and anxiety, and how they impact us physically and mentally
Identify thoughts and behaviours that can keep us locked in a stress and anxiety cycle
Discuss what “mindfulness” is and how it can help alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety
Explore tools and strategies to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety
